Stage 1, 2 and 3 - Power optimization

Stage optimization modifies ECU calibration maps: injection, turbo boost pressure (boost map), ignition timing (ignition map) and torque limiter. The result is a significant, dyno-measurable gain in power and torque.

Each file is custom-developed based on the ECU, vehicle and desired configuration. Component protection remains fully functional.

EGR Off, DPF/GPF Off, AdBlue Off

We develop emission system deactivation files. Each modification is performed cleanly with associated DTC removal, preventing limp mode activation.

EGR Off

The EGR valve (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) recirculates exhaust gases into the intake, causing premature engine carbon build-up. Software deactivation instructs the ECU to permanently hold the valve in closed position.

DPF / GPF Off

The particulate filter (DPF diesel / GPF petrol) clogs over time, causing power loss. Software deactivation removes regeneration cycles and DPF structures in the ECU to prevent limp mode.

AdBlue / SCR Off

The SCR system (Selective Catalytic Reduction) uses AdBlue to reduce NOx emissions. Software deactivation disables the pump, SCR injectors and associated diagnostic maps.

Station essence E85 - Conversion Flex Fuel

Flex Fuel E85 conversion

Flex fuel conversion through remapping adjusts the ECU's injection and ignition maps to support E85 bioethanol, SP95 or any blend. Unlike piggyback modules, the calibration directly modifies the ECU firmware.

In advanced flexfuel mode, an ethanol content sensor transmits alcohol levels to the ECU, which dynamically adjusts injection and ignition based on the detected blend. Compatible with most petrol vehicles.

Pop & Bang / Crackle Map

Overrun mapping: fuel cut deactivation and ignition retardation for exhaust pops and crackles. Adjustable intensity (soft/hard pops).

Hardcut Limiter

Replacement of the progressive rev limiter with a hard cut limiter with clean fuel injection cutoff. Characteristic sound at the rev limiter, popular on sport builds.

Vmax removal

Removal of the top speed limiter programmed in the ECU. The vehicle reaches its mechanical top speed without electronic limitation.

Cold Start removal

Deactivation of over-fueling and elevated idle on cold start. The engine starts directly at normal idle without the noisy warm-up phase.

Start & Stop deactivation

Permanent deactivation of the Start & Stop system in the ECU. No more pressing the button at every engine start.

Sensor / injector configuration

ECU recalibration when changing injectors, sensors or parts with different characteristics from stock (larger injectors, MAP sensor, etc.).

Launch Control

Activation or calibration of launch control in the ECU. Holds engine RPM at a defined threshold at standstill for optimal launches.

Swirl Flaps Off

Deactivation of intake swirl flaps in the ECU. Prevents mechanical failures related to flap wear.

Mapswitch

Mapswitch stores multiple calibrations in the ECU and lets you switch between them via a combination of actions (pedal, cruise control, etc.). Each map can independently modify boost, injection and ignition maps.

TCU remapping — Gearbox stage

TCU (Transmission Control Unit) remapping optimizes shift times, shift points and transmitted torque management. Essential to fully exploit a motor stage.
